Wow, I’ve been playing with super thick Slap-it on and Unicorn sparkles to create this Unicorn Glisten & Sparkle card, quite handy as the November is all about
The sparkles come by mixing the Unicorn Sparkles in super thick Slap It On and spreading it through the Vintage Frame Stencil, making it look like a magical rainbow. The amazing thing about using the super thick Slap it On is that as it dries it becomes transparent, so you get the dimension that shows off any medium you have mixed into it – in this case all the glittering unicorn sparkles.
I have made ‘Jewel’ the Unicorn glisten by painting her with blue Luscious powder. It is so hard to capture in the photograph the beauty of the sparkle, but any of you who have used the Unicorn sparkles or Luscious powder will know how fabulous they look in real life.
The blue backdrop has been created by splashing water onto a distressed ink background, and ‘mopping up’ the splashes.
Really looking forward to what you all create for this challenge, hope you can join us.
