Catch up with Claire
Hi there, Claire here.
I wanted to pop by and say hi today and hopefully from now on I will be sharing with you more often. I guess I wanted to echo some of what Kerri-Ann said in her post last week.
Since joining the Imagine Design Create team in February time this year, my feet havn’t really hit the ground, and I have learned and achieved so many new things I’ve surprised myself…..and I’m loving it.
Kerri-Ann and I chat almost daily….I’ve had many discussions about designs and plans and future projects……while I’m stirring the Bolognese on the stove, or waiting for the pasta to boil. As we both juggle what we do around our families, we have a very easy understanding that has allowed us to click and work so well together.
Now that the school summer holidays are over my priority is to get back to my desk and start creating a fresh batch of samples for you all….using all the amazing new stamp/stencil designs that are now part of our own brand imagine Design Create. Having time away with the family, has meant that I have had time to think about new ideas, and now I can start creating them. So watch this space, as I start sharing asap.
In the meantime I have put together a little montage of some of my favourite pieces so far…..including samples from my very first release (and a new concept in stamping) of stamp designs

Honestly I can’t tell you how exciting it is to see your designs and concepts become a reality. I am actually loving using my stamps (is that wrong to say!), I am able to create everything (plus more) that I had initially imagined using them.

On my desk at the moment are some fabulous cards that I’m really chuffed with, made using my brand new Nesting Christmas Stamps
….but I’m afraid they are promised to a magazine, so it will be a little while before I can share.
Another thing I am really enjoying, is making the little Tuesday Technique videos for you… have you seen them? My latest shows you how you can easily create these to ATC cards.
